Helpdesk service 24 hours/day, 7 day a week. Service 24 hours, unlimited time at customer site.* Service includes Spare Part except some Part i.e. X-ray, Tube and 
Detector.
Silver program Preventive Maintenance

Change periodical part 3 times/ year.

Helpdesk service 24 hours/day, 7 day a week. Service 24 hours, unlimited time at customer site.* Service excludes free Spare Part.

Installation is a cooperative process between your organization and ours, so we have developed ways to open the line of communication to simplify the necessary steps of the installation process.

The installation and utilization process start with putting everybody on the same page in terms of administrative procedures, including the timely setting of expectations, definitions of responsibilities, and timelines. We outline the process for customers so they can anticipate and execute the installation more smoothly while working in tandem with their Account Executive.

This installation and utilization process includes

  • Site planning and construction
  • Training academy and on-site applications training
  • System delivery and assembly
  • Warranties and support, including parts, call center, and service.
